Once coaching has started, whether through urWru Gym or EMM Elevate, payment is non-refundable. You’re paying for time, expertise, and a program built around you. That work begins the moment we do.
Once you’ve been given access, digital materials can’t be refunded. There’s no way to return knowledge once it’s delivered.
If you want out before coaching has actually begun, reach out. We’ll look at it case by case and deal with you straight.
