urWru is built on discipline. That extends to how we handle your information.
When you work with us, apply for coaching, or reach out through the site, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, billing details, and anything you share in an application or intake form, whether that’s for urWru Gym, EMM Elevate, or urWru Rap. We don’t collect more than we need to serve you properly.
Your information exists to run your coaching, process payment, answer your questions, and keep you updated on your program. We also use it to sharpen how we deliver each division, that’s improvement, not surveillance.
Payments run through vetted third party processors. urWru never stores your full card details. That’s not our risk to hold, and it’s not yours to give us.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent it. It moves only when a service requires it or the law demands it, nothing else.
We retain your information only as long as it’s needed to deliver your program and meet our legal obligations. If you want your data reviewed, updated, or deleted, reach out through the Contact page and we’ll handle it directly.
