We stand behind what we build, and we’re direct about what that means for refunds.
Once coaching has started, whether through urWru Gym or EMM Elevate, payment is non-refundable. You’re paying for time, expertise, and a program built around you. That work begins the moment we do.
Once you’ve been given access, digital materials can’t be refunded. There’s no way to return knowledge once it’s delivered.
If you want out before coaching has actually begun, reach out. We’ll look at it case by case and deal with you straight.
Cancelling monthly renewals
To stop future renewals, sign in to your account, open Subscriptions, select your active plan and choose Cancel. You can also reach Subscriptions through Manage Subscription on your member dashboard. Complete cancellation before the next renewal date shown in your account and check that the status changes to pending cancellation or cancelled.
If you cannot find the Cancel button or need help, email info@urwru.club with the email used at checkout and your order or subscription number. An email request should be followed up until you receive confirmation that cancellation has been applied.
Stopping future renewals is separate from requesting a refund for a payment already made. The refund terms above apply to those payments.
