Coaching Services

Once coaching has commenced or digital coaching materials have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases cannot be refunded after access has been granted.

Refund requests submitted before coaching has started may be considered on a case-by-case basis
